Dakota Blue Richards, an English actress, is most well-known for her character Lyra in the film "The Golden Compass..' She also played Franky as Franky in"Skins," a British film Skins. She has also been extensively active on stage, performing in plays such as 'Arcadia' and 'A Streetcar Named Desire'.
